We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from what you see. Fragrance is subjective and its performance varies between people and climates.
Prices
Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices in other currencies are provided for guidance and payment is taken in our store currency. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt, and the contract forms when we dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store card details. Cryptocurrency payments, where offered, are final and cannot be reversed.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and we are not liable for courier or customs delays outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping and Delivery.
Returns

Intellectual property
The GHOST name, the skull mark, our product photography, and the text and design of this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
We are liable for losses that follow directly from our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Safety
Eau de parfum is flammable and for external use only. Keep away from heat, flame, eyes and children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. The full ingredient list is on the packaging.
