Fixed rates by city and neighbourhood, so you know the cost before checkout.
- 1,500 XAF to Douala (Bali, Bonapriso, Bonaberi, Airport Zone), Yaoundé, Buea, Limbe, Bamenda and Bafoussam
- 2,000 XAF to Douala (Yassa, Japoma), Mamfe, Kumba and Kribi
- 3,000 XAF to Bertoua, Ngaoundéré, Garoua and Maroua

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay, never added afterwards.
Delivery times
These are courier estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Customs can add time on international orders.
- South Africa: 2 to 5 working days
- Cameroon and Africa: 5 to 12 working days
- Europe and United Kingdom: 5 to 12 working days
- Rest of world: 7 to 21 working days
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking number when the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated in three working days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Duties and taxes
Some countries charge import duty or VAT on arrival. Where duties are prepaid, the checkout says so. Otherwise any charge is set by your country and payable to the courier on delivery. We cannot calculate or refund it.
Fragrance and air freight
Eau de parfum is classed as a restricted item by some carriers because it contains alcohol. We pack and declare every parcel correctly, which occasionally means a slower routing. It is the difference between your order arriving and being seized.
If something goes wrong
Parcels are insured in transit. If yours arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bottle before unpacking further, then message us within 48 hours and we will replace it.
