Fragrance is personal, and buying one unseen takes trust. Here is exactly where you stand.
Unopened orders
Return an unopened, sealed bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is yours unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Opened bottles
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot resell an opened fragrance, so opened bottles are not returnable as a matter of course. That said, if the scent is not what you expected, message us. We would rather hear from you than lose you.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
We cover this entirely. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the product. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, and we pay the return cost.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number
- Tell us what you are returning and why
- We confirm the return address and any reference to include
- Send the item back with tracking, since we cannot refund a parcel that does not arrive
Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five working days of us receiving and checking the return. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed. Where an order was paid in cryptocurrency, refunds are issued as store credit or by another method we agree with you.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full. Message us as quickly as you can, since we dispatch within two working days.
Gift sets
The GHOST Aventura collection is returnable only as a complete set, with all three pieces sealed. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.
